Not satisfied with your product or is it broken? No problem! In a few steps you can return your order and exchange or get your money back.
- 30-day return window after delivery of your product.
- Refund? Within 7 days after reception, the purchase price as well as the shipping costs will be refunded.
- Conditions for refund:
The Wanderful will refund the purchase price of returned goods under the following conditions:
- The return deadline of 30 days is respected, this deadline is calculated from the date of delivery to the customer of the purchased goods.
- The product packaging is undamaged.
- The product was not specially ordered for the customer,
is not a personalized article or a perishable item.
If the return shipment meets all conditions, The Wanderful will refund the purchase price within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
- How to return your items:
- Step 1: Send us an email in advance with the details of your return. We will then send you a return form by email. This greatly simplifies the handling of the return.
- Step 2: Take the package with your return and the completed return form to your nearest post office. Send your package with the completed return form to:

- Step 4: Keep the shipping receipt for your package: only this allows you to prove that you have sent the package, should it become lost. Scan (or photograph) your shipping receipt and send it along with your order number to sara@thewanderful.com. If you indicate on the return form that you want an exchange, we will of course not reimburse the purchase price, but we will immediately exchange the item.
